move common functionality into an abstract backend class, have both backends inherit from it. Implement enough of the couchdb backend that reading feeds (and marking feed entries as read) is possible

- display of feed's entries as table (addtl column: update date) - rework the feed list: make it a table and display the number of unread entries per feed - force flag for feedupdate.py - force updating one/all feeds via the gui - investigate caching features of sqlalchemy to avoid round trips to the DB. Alternatively, implement caching of Feeds with their FeedEntries manually - feedparser uses the proxy for getting the feeds - check if couchdb python lib supports Py3k, continue work on Py3k branch
